All interested persons are hereby notified that in accordance with V.I. CODE ANN. tit. 1, § 254, as amended, a decision meeting will be held on application and compliance matters for the V.I. Economic Development Authority and the V.I. Economic Development Commission, following the public hearing.

Please be advised that the VIEDA Board of Directors and its subsidiary Board(s) may go into executive session with respect to any decision at any time during the meetings as provided in 1 V.I.C. § 254.
