All interested persons are hereby notified that in accordance with Section 717 Chapter 12 of Title 29, Virgin Islands Code, as amended, a public hearing for the Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission (“VIEDC”) will be held beginning at 9 a.m. on Thursday, September 15, 2022.

All interested persons are hereby notified that in accordance with V.I. CODE ANN. tit. 1, § 254, as amended, decision meetings will be held on matters for the V.I. Economic Development Authority, and on application matters for the V.I. Economic Development Commission and the V.I. Economic Development Bank, following the public hearing.

Please be advised that the VIEDA Board of Directors and its subsidiary Board(s) may go into executive session with respect to any decision at any time during the meetings as provided in 1 V.I.C. § 254.
