ST. CROIX — A severely decomposed body was discovered behind the grounds of Eulalie R. Rivera PreK-8 School early Sunday, triggering a criminal investigation and immediate safety measures around the campus.
According to the V.I. Police Department, at approximately 8:57 a.m. on Sunday, a concerned resident alerted the 911 dispatch to human remains found in shrubbery south of the school.
