- Location: Approximately 125 miles east southeast of Martinique and about 200 miles southeast of Guadeloupe.

Northern Windward Islands may witness 2 to 4 inches, with peaks of 6 inches. The British and U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as eastern Puerto Rico, could see 1 to 2 inches, with maximum amounts reaching 4 inches. This could lead to isolated flash and urban flooding, especially in regions with elevated terrain.
