Her mother calls it a “gentle nudge”. Denali Georges describes it as being quote “voluntold”. Whatever the tone of the encouragement, it was her mother’s insistence that she join the Virgin Islands Chapter Tuskegee Airmen, a local aviation club, that set Georges on the path she walks today.
