V.I.P.D. Announces St. Patrick's Day Parade Parking Restrictions

ST. CROIX -- The 2016 St. Patrick’s Day parade marks the 47th year the event is being celebrated in St. Croix’s Christiansted town, and the Virgin Islands Police Department has announced parking restrictions for the March 19 celebration.

  • No parking on King Street or Company Street from Market Street to the wharf area
  • No parking on Church Street, between King and Company Streets
  • No parking on Market Street, between King and Company Streets
  • No parking on Hospital Street, between King and Company Streets

Police further advises that any vehicle found parked in the restricted areas will be ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense.

The event starts at 11 a.m. on Saturday.
