Setting a cultural mood, the bands played well-known quadrille music to receptive event goers, some whose temptations gave way to action as they took to the open area and began dancing.  The event went well int the night and came to an end at about 8:00 p.m.

According to D.O.E., TGISUNDAY launched on June 26 at Richards Memorial Park and alternated between Richards Memorial and Limpricht Park in Christiansted. The Economic Development Authority (EDA), the Department of Agriculture, Innovative and the Virgin Islands National Guard are sponsors of TGISUNDAY in the Park.
