The Romney's World Carnival Village was overtaken by people of the Hispanic community on Tuesday night to enjoy the Latin Night festivities, as bands, both local and foreign, filled the atmosphere with the distinct sound of Latin culture.
Beautiful faces were everywhere: on amusement rides, underneath the sizable tent planted in the center of Village, at various vendor booths making their stomachs happy, and on the lawn at the front of the performance stage, enjoying the gravitating music.
