The St. Croix Festival Committee has released the full lineup of this year's Festival Village performances, which includes the names previously mentioned in a recent Consortium story -- Kes, Destra, Ricky T and Asa Bantan -- along with another notable name, Tarrus Riley and the nights these artists will be performing.
