Koffee performs live

JAMAICA — While the coveted Super Bowl half-time performance will feature global superstars Shakira and Jennifer Lopez, Caribbean artists will be featured prominently during the Super Bowl week of performances. The big game is being held at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida on February 2, and the week leading up to the matchup is a celebration in and of itself.

Caribbean names performing this year include "Toast" singer Koffee, the wunderkind from Jamaica, and Shenseea, another Jamaica artist who has dropped incessant hits over the years, including Blessed and Shenyeng Anthem. Koffee will also perform at Coachella on April 19. The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is set for April 10 through 19 at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California.

During the Super Bowl LIV weekend, the Caribbean artists will join Cardi B, Migos, DJ Khaled, Burna Boy, Ty Dollars $ign, Chris Brown, Gunna, Megan Thee Stallion, Jeremih, Safaree and yet another Jamaicans artist, Squash.

Super Bowl LIV, the 54th Super Bowl and the 50th modern-era National Football League championship game, will decide the champion for the NFL's 2019 and 100th season.
