The V.I. Board of Elections has announced upcoming voter registration drives and machine demonstrations. These events aim to facilitate voter registration and provide demonstrations on how to use voting machines.

The first event will take place on Tuesday, August 13th from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Sunny Isle Pavilion on St. Croix. The second event is scheduled for Thursday, August 15th from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Tutu Park Mall on St. Thomas.

Documents required for voter registration

To register to vote, attendees must present one of the following original documents (copies will not be accepted):

  • Birth Certificate
  • U.S. Passport
  • Military Discharge form (DD214)
  • Naturalization Certificate

These events are organized in collaboration with the Disability Rights Center of the Virgin Islands and AARP.
