CHARLOTTE AMALIE, ST. THOMAS — It was a sight to behold for almost all of Wednesday at Emancipation Garden for the annual Food Fair, this year named in honor of Mr. & Mrs. Goldine & Emerson Knight.

The consistent flow of patrons, numbered in the thousands — including a healthy mix of tourists from several cruise ships — kept the many vendors happy.

From Vendors Plaza closer to the waterfront, all the way up near Post Office Square where the Superior Court Rising Stars Youth Steel Orchestra serenaded the event, Food Fair this year did not disappoint. Below, some pictures of the annual affair.

Aside from the Superior Court Rising Stars Youth Steel Orchestra, there were performances from Quelbe Resurrection, Image Band, and When Band. Local leaders also participated in the traditional ceremony at the bandstand in Emancipation Garden where they honored Mr. & Mrs. Goldine & Emerson Knight, and spoke about the importance of the territory's culture.
