25th Annual Taste of St. Croix Set for April 10, Culinary Week Begins April 8

The signature culinary event of the U.S. Virgin Islands will feature tastings from dozens of restaurants, drinks from around the world, and live entertainment. Events leading up to the main showcase include dinners, brunches, and chef-curated experiences.

One of the island’s most anticipated culinary celebrations is marking a major milestone this year as Taste of St. Croixp repares for its 25th anniversary with a weeklong lineup of events from April 8–13, 2025.

Promoted as “A World Class Foodie Experience,” the week will feature local and international chefs, fine wines and spirits, live entertainment, and curated culinary adventures, all designed to highlight the vibrant food culture of St. Croix. Tickets for all events are available here.


City Crawl — Tuesday, April 8 at 6 p.m.

The festivities begin with a City Crawl, a culinary tour that takes guests to four local restaurants in one evening.

  • Wakame Sushi kicks off the night with appetizers
  • Estera continues the culinary journey with a second appetizer course
  • Toochez provides the entrée
  • Hamilton’s rounds out the evening with dessert crafted by Chef Julius Jackson

Each stop will feature specialty wines or cocktails, creating a progressive dining experience through the streets of St. Croix.


Vines & Dine Dinner — Wednesday, April 9 at 6 p.m.

Held at The Galleon Restaurant in Green Cay Marina, this elegant event will feature:

  • Caribbean Chef of the Year, Chef Benji
  • A five-course wine pairing dinner
  • Wines from Banfi Winery presented by a featured wine vintner
  • Live jazz entertainment throughout the evening

25th Annual Taste of St. Croix — Thursday, April 10 (6 p.m. to Midnight)

The signature event takes place at Divi Carina Bay Resort & Casino and promises an unforgettable night of:

  • Tastings from dozens of restaurants
  • Wines and spirits from around the globe
  • Live performance by Small Axe Band from St. Kitts
  • Two dance floors and an after-party

This all-inclusive event is a cornerstone of the culinary calendar in the U.S. Virgin Islands and is widely considered the highlight of the week.


Bubbly Brunch — Saturday, April 12, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (After-Party until 4 p.m.)

Hosted at The Fred Hotel in Frederiksted, this upscale brunch includes:

  • A three-course meal, each course paired with the perfect champagne, sparkling wine, or cocktail
  • A performance by a jazz quartette during brunch
  • Live music by Spectrum Band from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the after-party

Taste, Sip & Golf with the Governor — Sunday, April 13, 10 a.m.

Closing out the week is a unique experience at The Buccaneer Hotel, featuring:

  • 18 holes of golf
  • Four tasting holes, where food and beverages are served by the three restaurants on property
  • Live music following the golfing event
