The video above shows at least two white males throwing molotov cocktails at the Point Udall Monument. Today the VIPD said an investigation into the incident, which occurred in 2019, has been ongoing. Police Chief Sydney Elskoe said one of the individuals was once a resident of St. Croix who had relocated to the U.S. before an arrest warrant could be executed.
