ST. THOMAS — The V.I.P.D. is seeking the community’s assistance in locating 37-year-old John Allen, who is wanted in connection with several larcenies that have occurred from 2019 to May 2020 throughout the island of St. Thomas.
According to V.I.P.D. Public Information Officer Toby Derima, Allen is a white male, 5 feet 11 inches in height, and weighs approximately 160 pounds.
Anyone who knows of Allen’s whereabouts is urged to call 911, the Criminal Investigation Bureau at (340) 714-9800 or Crime Stoppers USVI at (800) 222-TIPS.
