ST. THOMAS — Detectives of the V.I.P.D.'s Economic Crimes Unit on Monday at roughly 7:15 p.m. arrested Elmo D. Roebuck, Jr., age 55 of Plantation Manor and charged him with obscene and indecent conduct.
According to V.I.P.D. Public Information Officer Toby Derima, Roebuck allegedly disseminated an inappropriate video of an adult female, without her knowledge or consent, to several individuals in a group text message via WhatsApp on June 30.
Bail for Roebuck was set at $500, which he posted. He was released pending his advisement hearing.
