ST. THOMAS — On Thursday at 8:18 p.m., police arrested Timothy Brewer, age 32 of Smith Bay, and charged him with first-degree rape and unlawful sexual contact after allegedly coercing a female minor to engage in sexual acts on several occasions.
Bail for Brewer was set at $100,000. Unable to post bail, he was turned over to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections pending his advisement hearing.
