St. Croix Man Accused of Assaulting, Raping Woman

ST. CROIX — A St. Croix man has been accused of assaulting and raping a woman, announced V.I.P.D. Public Information Officer Toby Derima.

According to the news release, on Tuesday at roughly 9:35 a.m., police arrested Nicholas Greaves, age 26 of no fixed address, on a warrant issued by the Superior Court. He was charged first-degree rape.

Greaves allegedly physically assaulted, then forcibly raped, a female victim.

Unable to make bail of $100,000, he was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advisement hearing.
