ST. THOMAS — One day after Rasheem St. Juste's arrest for a stabbing incident that occurred at the business establishment reportedly owned by him and his wife, St. Juste was arrested again, this time charged with grand larceny.
A statement issued by police announced that he was arrested on Friday, around 12:20 pm.
St. Juste had been spotted on surveillance camera footage at the business taking his wife's laptop, iPad, and other belongings. He put the items inside his pants and covered them with his shirt, according to the police announcement.
It is not clear from the police statement when this alleged offense was committed, however St. Juste seems to have been arrested minutes after being granted pretrial release for allegedly stabbing a man who attempted to quell a physical confrontation between St. Juste and a female friend of his wife.
Following Friday's arrest, Juste was remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear in court on this new charge later today.
