St. Thomas-St. Thomas District Chief of Police, Barrington Thomas, Sr. has released video of the shooting incident that occurred on January 19 at Manuel Bar in Contant, in hopes of getting community assistance in identifying suspects in the shooting.
The red arrow near the upper left-hand corner of the video shows where the vehicle pulled up to the establishment just before the shots were discharged, according to the V.I.P.D. release. Chief Thomas advised the community that a second suspect is at large, and may have injuries to his lower extremities.
“Moving forward, Police Commissioner Ray Martinez and I will be using this process to advise the community about ongoing investigations as we strive to regain the public’s trust and confidence in solving these types of violent crimes,” Chief Thomas said.
