ST. THOMAS — On Friday at about 5:15 p.m., Heather R. McBrayer, age 38 of Anna’s Retreat turned herself in to police after learning that she was wanted. McBrayer was placed under arrest and was charged with grand larceny and trespassing.
According to V.I.P.D. Public Information Officer Toby Derima, McBrayer is one of three suspects who reportedly stole puppies from a residence without permission of the owner in the area of St. Peter Mountain on April 13.
McBrayer made bail of $20,000 and was released pending her advisement hearing.
