ST. THOMAS — A 33-year-old man was unexpectedly attacked and stabbed while casually enjoying drinks on Brookman Road this past Sunday, the V.I. Police Department has announced. The incident occurred around 10:00 p.m. on Sunday.
According to the VIPD, upon being injured, the victim was quickly admitted to Schnieder Regional Medical Center. The man disclosed to authorities that he was stationed on the side of Brookman Road and was relishing a few drinks when an unidentified assailant attacked him, leaving a wound on the left side of his back. The victim said he has no knowledge of his attacker's identity or motive.
The VIPD's Special Operations Division, alongside the Criminal Investigation Bureau, is actively looking into the matter. Given the uncertainty surrounding the incident, the officials have requested the public's help.
