Minor and Adult Males Shot in St. John Survive With Non-Life-Threatening Injuries; Police Investigating

ST. JOHN — Two men in St. John were shot and injured on Sunday and were transported to the Schneider Regional Medical Center for treatment.

According to V.I.P.D. spokesman Toby Derima, on Sunday at 9:42 p.m., officers were dispatched by the 911 Emergency Call Center to investigate the reported shooting of two male victims, ages 24 and 17, in the vicinity of the post office – downtown Cruz Bay.

The victims reported being approached by an unknown male, tall and slim, who shot after them. The victims were both transported to the Schneider Regional Medical Center and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
