ST. JOHN — Detectives from the V.I. Police Department's Criminal Investigation Bureau (CIB) are actively investigating a report of a man assaulted by multiple individuals on St. John.
Officers of the Leander Jurgen Command were initially dispatched to the area of Jacob's Ladder on Sunday, September 3 at approximately 1:02 a.m. following a report that a male appeared to have been struck by a vehicle.
Upon their arrival, officers found a Caucasian male with multiple injuries to his body. The man had been assaulted by multiple individuals and was subsequently transported to the Schneider Regional Medical Center for treatment of his injuries.
