Man Arrested on Ammunition Possession Charge in Connection With May 2 Shooting That Left Vehicle Passenger Injured

ST. CROIX — Kobi Todman of Sion Farm was arrested on Wednesday at around 3:00 p.m. pursuant to an arrest warrant and charged with unlawful possession of ammunition, according to a V.I.P.D. release.

Todman, 22 was arrested in connection with an incident that occurred on Benny Benjamin Drive on May 2, where a passenger in his vehicle sustained gunshot wounds, said to V.I.P.D. spokesman Toby Derima.

A search warrant was executed on Todman’s vehicle where several spent shell casings, live ammunition, and magazines were confiscated, according to the police report.

Unable to make bail of $50,000, Todman was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections at Golden Grove pending his advisement hearing.
