ST. THOMAS — On Monday at approximately 11:50 a.m., police arrested Calvin Henry, age 44 of Estate Thomas, and charged him with third-degree assault, domestic violence, V.I.P.D. Public Information Officer Toby Derima has announced.
Henry admitted to throwing a brick at his girlfriend's vehicle, shattering the driver's side window, Mr. Derima said. The victim received minor injuries in the incident, according to police.
Henry was not offered bail, as per the territory’s domestic violence statutes. He was turned over to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections pending his Advice of Rights hearing.
