ST. THOMAS —v United States Attorney Delia L. Smith announced today that Niah Henry, 35, Peter Francis, 33, and Kenson Plasimond, 42, all of St. Thomas, have pleaded guilty to charges of distributing cocaine. The court will set their sentencing dates.

According to court documents, between December 5 and December 7, 2023, the Drug Enforcement Administration and the V.I. During this operation, an undercover agent negotiated and purchased quantities of cocaine and oxycodone from Henry, Francis, and Plasimond.

For their convictions, Henry, Francis, and Plasimond each face a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.

The investigation was carried out by the DEA and VIPD, and the cases were prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Cherrisse R. Woods. This operation was part of a collaborative effort under the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (HIDTA) Task Force Initiative.
