Anthony DeLugo, 61, Found Dead With Gunshot Wounds at Wintberg Residence

VIPD’s Major Crime Unit is investigating the death of 61-year-old Anthony DeLugo, who was found unresponsive with apparent multiple gunshot wounds at a Wintberg residence Monday evening. Police are asking anyone with information to contact investigators.

ST. THOMAS — The V.I. Police Department’s Major Crime Unit is investigating the death of 61-year-old Anthony DeLugo, who was found unresponsive with apparent multiple gunshot wounds at a residence in Wintberg on Monday evening.

According to VIPD, the 911 Emergency Call Center received a call at approximately 5:50 p.m. from an individual who had discovered an unresponsive man at the residence.

Officers responding to the scene found the man with what appeared to be multiple gunshot wounds to his body.

Emergency Medical Technicians determined that he had no vital signs. The man was subsequently identified by his next of kin as Mr. DeLugo.
