ST. THOMAS -- A man who has been identified as 29-year-old Andre Martin was found dead in Estate Thomas Friday morning after sustaining multiple gunshot wounds, V.I.P.D. Public Information Officer Glen Dratte has confirmed to the Consortium.
Police were called to the scene by a concerned resident at about 6:15 a.m.
Mr. Dratte said the victim was lying next to a vehicle unresponsive. Emergency medical technicians determined that he had no vital signs.
The victim was identified by next of kin.
