V.I. Dept. of Health Territorial Epidemiologist Dr. Esther Ellis said today that the two latest cases of Coronavirus are considered "community acquired", which means the Dept. of Health does not know where those individuals got the virus from. "This also means that there are probably more cases out in the community that are going undetected," Dr. Ellis said. The Dept. of Health is advising everyone to follow guidelines to keep safe, including the wearing of face masks.
