According to the release, the Office of the Lieutenant Governor’s Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Division is seeking the participation of residents, businesses, and community groups as next steps within the Bridge Phase of the Street Addressing Initiative, which includes the town of Charlotte Amalie, begin to take place.

Raising public awareness is at the forefront of the public relations campaign for the Street Addressing Initiative, Mr. Roach's office said.

“As the territory enters the next phase of SAI, it is important that our critical stakeholders remain involved and informed," said the lieutenant governor. "Stakeholders in the downtown Charlotte Amalie area, are welcomed to share their input, concerns, and ask questions as we collaborate on implementing a standardized street addressing system for the Virgin Islands. Next steps of this project and how it will directly impact the town of Charlotte Amalie will be discussed at Tuesday’s Town Hall meeting."
