ST. CROIX — The V.I. Police Department is seeking the community's assistance to locate a 15-year-old minor who was last seen on Thursday, Sept. 29.
According to the V.I.P.D., the minor, identified as Jahsiah Victor, was reported missing on Oct. 1. He stands 5 feet, 10 inches tall, has brown eyes and short, braided hair.
Jahsiah frequents Lorraine Village, however he was last seen on Thursday, Sept. 29 in the afternoon in the Upper Love area, according to police.
