ST. CROIX — The V.I. Police Department is seeking the community's assistance to locate 29-year-old Lafatette Artis, who the department says is wanted for first-degree attempted murder.
According to the V.I.P.D., Artis is known to frequent the Christiansted Boardwalk, Red Brick and Grove Place.
He is about 5 feet 11 inches tall, had a low cut when last seen, has black eyes and is of a dark complexion, according to police.
