ST. THOMAS – The V.I. Police Department is seeking the community's assistance to locate 26-year-old Donte C. Joseph, a suspect wanted in connection with an attempted murder incident that occurred at the Oswald Harris Court Housing Community.
Joseph is described as a black male standing 6 feet and weighing 135 pounds. He last resided at 215-214 Anna's Retreat, St. Thomas, according to the V.I.P.D.
If you see Joseph or know of his whereabouts, immediately call 911 or Detective S. Rhymer of the Criminal Investigation Bureau at 340-774-2211. Police is asking residents not to approach Joseph as he is believed to be armed and dangerous.
