Update #2 from the VIPD: According to the VIPD, the family of the two siblings reported missing on Oct. 4 contacted the police department and said the siblings were with another family member, and therefore were no longer considered missing.
Update #1 from the VIPD: "15-year-old Solimar Barnes, who was reported missing on October 2, got in touch with her legal guardians and the VIPD. Her family members are now reporting that she is safe and no longer considered missing. We thank everyone for sharing the original post, and for providing tips as to her whereabouts."
ORIGINAL STORY: ST. THOMAS — The VIPD is seeking the community's assistance to locate three teenagers who have been reported missing in St. Thomas.
The first, 15-year-old Solimar Barnes is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs around 100 pounds, according to the police department. Solimar has brown eyes and her hair is colored red. She has a light complexion. The teenager has three dark marks on the left side of her face, and three dark marks on her left arm.
She was last seen on Saturday, October 2, in Savan, wearing blue jeans, a white blouse, and black Crocs, according to police.
The other two teenagers are siblings 17-year-old Constance Brathwaite Phipps and 16-year-old K’Vante Brathwaite Phipps. They were last seen in Estate Wintberg on October 4.
Constance is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 254 pounds, according to the V.I.P.D. She has brown eyes and her hair is colored red and blue. She has a light complexion, and Constance was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, short gray leggings and sandals.
K’Vante is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs around 120 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair and a light complexion. He was last seen wearing a blue and black t-shirt with “Rich Royal” on the front, black short pants and red and white slippers, according to police.
