Original Story: ST. CROIX — The V.I. Police Department is seeking community assistance in locating Raheem Matthew, age 26, who is wanted for carrying an unlicensed firearm openly/concealed.
According to the V.I.P.D, Matthew is known to frequent Lorraine Village, Mutual Homes, Croixville Apartments, Cozy Corner Bar, and the QuikServe Gas Station.
He is described as a Black male standing 5 feet, 9 inches tall, with black, short dreads and brown eyes.
