ST. CROIX — The V.I. Police Department is asking the St. Croix community to be on the look out for Stedroy T. Meade, who went missing Thursday.
The V.I.P.D. said Mr. Meade went missing between 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and was last seen at his home in Clifton Hill. At the time, he wore a dark colored shirt, blue pants, blue crocs and read a hat.
