Original Story: ST. THOMAS —The V.I. Police Department has issued a missing person alert for Joseph Allen, a 28-year-old resident of Paul M. Pearson Gardens, St. Thomas. According to police, Allen was last seen on September 11 in the vicinity of Roosevelt Park, St. Thomas.
Joseph Allen is described as a Black male, standing 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds. At the time he was last seen, he was wearing a black T-shirt, black shorts, white slippers, and black socks. He is known to frequent the areas of Lindbergh Bay, Hospital Ground, and Roosevelt Park.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about Joseph Allen's whereabouts to come forward. Individuals who have seen him or have knowledge of his location are asked to contact the Virgin Islands Police Department's Major Crime Unit at (340) 774-2211, extensions 5554 or 5555. Alternatively, the public can call 911 to provide information.
The VIPD emphasizes the importance of community assistance in locating missing persons and is seeking the public's help to ensure Allen's safe return.
