V.I. Port Authority Notice of Invitation to Bid for Demolition of Parcel No. 16 Crown Bay

The Virgin Islands Port Authority is soliciting bid proposals from qualified Contractors for the demolition of Parcel No. 16, Crown Bay in the St. Thomas/St. John District. 

Complete invitation to bid packets may be obtained from the Authority’s website at www.viport.com/bids. A Non-Mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held at the demolition site located at Parcel No. 16 Crown Bay at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 24, 2021.

All questions or requests for clarifications shall be submitted to [email protected], by no later than August 27, 2021. Proposals are due no later than Friday, September 3, 2021 and shall be submitted via e-mail to [email protected].

Bids will be opened and read aloud via teleconference on September 3, 2021 at 2:01 p.m. 

 

 

 

 

The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informality or to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Authority.
