The Virgin Islands Port Authority will be accepting bids for its used Pilot Boats—The Harry Magras and The Winston Parris.

Pilot Boats are available for public viewing by submitting your request to [email protected].

Each bid must be submitted individually on an official bid form, placed in a sealed envelope marked “Sealed Bid” and received at the Purchasing Department, by no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 5, 2021. Official bid forms will be available on the Authority’s website at www.viport.com. Late, faxed, or e-mailed bids will not be considered. The Pilot Boats are sold as is and no warranties will be given. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; to waive any informality or to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Authority.

Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at 2:01 p.m. at the Purchasing Office. The high bidder must be prepared to close within forty-eight (48) hours following notification of the Authority’s bid acceptance.
