The V.I. Department of Human Services is advising the community that due to WAPA water pump issues affecting the St. Croix district, several divisions will be implementing early closures at various facilities across the island.
The DHS Mars Hill Administrative Building, located in Frederiksted, and two (2) DHS Head Start Facilities will be closing at 12:00pm due to a lack of running water at their facilities. This closure will affect:
