Lieutenant Governor Tregenza Roach left the territory Monday on a personal matter, Mr. Roach's office has made known.
He will return to the USVI on December 2, 2019.
During his absence, Senate President Novelle Francis will assume the duties of the lieutenant governor, in accordance with the Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands.
