The Virgin Islands Port Authority (“VIPA” or the “Authority”) is seeking proposals from qualified Marine Engineering Consultant firms to conduct a rate study of its marine operations. The Consultant will be required to prepare an independent triennial report to determine a sustainable equitable rate structure based on the existing facility infrastructural and services to support commercial and recreational users of the marine facilities. Responses must be submitted electronically through the Authority’s electronic procurement system at https://viportbids.ionwave.net , by no later than 2:00 p.m. AST, Monday, August 22, 2022.
The Authority reserves the right to impose additional or alternative selection criteria, as it deems necessary.
