The Virgin Islands Port Authority (the “Authority” or “VIPA”) is accepting proposals for a Concession Kiosk and 225 sq. ft. of space at the Cyril E. King Airport for the sale of Tobacco and Perfume at the Cyril E. King Airport. Proposals will be received electronically by the Authority until January 28, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. All proposals shall be submitted to [email protected]. A complete copy of the Request for Proposals may be obtained at a cost of $75.00, by completing the Credit Card Authorization Form located at www.viport.com and emailing it to [email protected].
A pre-proposal meeting and walk-through will be scheduled for Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Please RSVP by no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 by e-mailing [email protected].
The Virgin Islands Port Authority reserves the rights to waive any informalities in or reject any and all proposals, or to re-advertise. The proponent assumes full responsibility for the timely delivery of their response to the designated location.
