The Virgin Islands Port Authority (the “Authority” or “VIPA”) is accepting proposals for a Food Concession Kiosk at the Cyril E. King Airport for the sale of freshly-brewed gourmet coffee, baked and/or a selection of fresh pre-packaged foods (including sandwiches and salads) or a small deli. Proposals will be received electronically by the Authority until January 28, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. All proposals shall be submitted to [email protected]. A complete copy of the Request for Proposals may be obtained at a cost of $75.00, by completing the Credit Card Authorization Form located at www.viport.com and emailing it to [email protected].
A pre-proposal meeting and walk-through will be scheduled for Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Please RSVP by no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 28, 2020 by e-mailing [email protected].
The Virgin Islands Port Authority reserves the rights to waive any informalities in or reject any and all proposals, or to re-advertise. The proponent assumes full responsibility for the timely delivery of their response to the designated location.
