Suffolk-CBNA JV will be requesting proposals for all scopes and trades of work based on a GMP set, identified as a 60% CD design set, for the construction of the Emanuel Benjamin Oliver (EBO) PK–8 School.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) solicitation is anticipated to be released on or around September 4, 2026. Subcontract bid due dates and additional project information will be included in the official RFP solicitation.
