The Economic Development Park Corporation (EDPC), through the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (USVIEDA), invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for the renovation of the lift station at the William D. Roebuck Industrial Park (WDRIP) on St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.

The deadline for submitting questions is Monday, August 17, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time (AST). All questions must be submitted in writing to:

Bids will be publicly opened and the names of bidders announced on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. AST, or as soon thereafter as practicable. The bid opening will be held in the USVIEDA conference room at 116 King Street, Frederiksted, St. Croix, VI 00840, and is open to the public.
