A number of local agencies involved in the emergency response to the Monday afternoon helicopter crash in Botany Bay will hold a press conference today at 1:00 p.m. to divulge information about the incident, Government House said Wednesday.
According to the release, the event will include the V.I. Police Department, V.I. Fire Service, and the V.I. Port Authority. The aforementioned are part of the Virgin Islands Territorial Emergency Management Agency's Incident Command. VITEMA also announced the press conference via release.
The event will be held at the Omar Brown Sr. Fire Station in Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas. The Consortium will carry it live on our Facebook platform and website.
