The Virgin Islands Port Authority (the “Authority” or “VIPA”) is seeking a qualified Respondent to create a payment portal for the Authority. A copy of the invitation for bid (IFB) can be obtained from the Authority’s website at www.viport.com. Proposals will be received electronically by the Authority until February 12, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. AST. All proposals shall be submitted to [email protected].
