The Virgin Islands Port Authority (the “Authority” or “VIPA”) invites the submission of proposals from experienced and qualified development firms or any person interested in leasing Parcel No. 68, Estate Lindberg Bay, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands formally known as “Thatch Farm” to develop and manage an affordable to moderate income housing community for Virgin Islands residents. Complete invitation to bid packets may be obtained at a cost of ($75.00 each).
Firms may make payment via credit card by completing the Credit Card Authorization Form, which can be found on VIPA’s website. The completed form should be e-mailed to [email protected].
A Pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 17, 2021. Please RSVP your attendance, by emailing your name and company to [email protected], by no later than Monday, February 15, 2021.
Proposals are due by no later than Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. AST.
